404 Error

We have followed the instructions and all we get is a 404 error.

Originally it was on an https enabled web app - then we tried a regular http but no luck.

If we turn the custom signin page back to default - we get the regular drop down choice. As soon as we add the custom sign in page in central admin we get 404 errors.

This is a totally blank vanilla farm with ADFS as a trusted IP.

Did you add the authentication providers in SharePoint first before specifying them with this solution?

I'm experiencing the same problem. It's the issue that's currently at the top of the issue list.

The custom form redirects to a URL with the path /_forms/default.aspx, for which IIS returns a 404 error. I haven't been able to find a work-around or anything else useful about this path in various web searches.

The source reveals all.

I understand this now. My problem is that I was expecting the solution to do actual bitwise matches on the provider mappings dictionary, and instead it just does a dictionary lookup. That certainly is faster for a given lookup, but doesn't allow the possibility of falling through, and the default of course is to a form that doesn't exist.

So my options are to anticipate every concevable /24 subnet or to rewrite it to do a bitwise comparison with a fall through. So I guess it's the second.
