URL for static windows authentication

Great solution, works like a charm in most cases. However, we do have a use case where the ip detection does not work properly or the Juniper Webgate Appliance is not able to handle the return URL.

We're using ADFS together with Windows Authentication in a single WebApp. SignInUrlMappings und ProviderMappings works fine with normal use of web browser. For the Juniper Appliance we do need an URL which uses Windows Authentication only. Unfortunally every request sent to Sharepoint ist grabbed by the modified login URL "_login/autosignin.aspx". Juniper can't handle this... :-(

So which URL can be provided to the Juniper Interface? Hope there's any easy solution.

Yes we can! :-)

I found out that the returned URL by the solution when using Windows Auth is something like this:

https://yoursharepointurl.intranet.local/_windows/default.aspx?ReturnUrl=%2f_layouts%2fAuthenticate.aspx%3fSource%3d%252F&Source=%2F

Simply add this to your Juniper Web resource and Windows Authentication will be used when accessing that resource. This path can also be used if you need to be authenticated by windows even if you're on a subnet which would normally lead you to ADFS authentication URL.
